Elliot Road Waterline, Sossaman to Signal Butte Road and the CAP Raw Waterline Project
The City of Mesa is bringing two critical waterline projects to your area that will provide and distribute water to the new Signal Butte Water Treatment Plant that is currently being constructed at the northeast corner of Elliot Road and Signal Butte. The first project is the CAP Raw Water Pipeline project being constructed by Garney Construction. This project includes the installation of a 54” waterline that will ultimately provide up to 53 million gallons of water per day to the treatment plant. The pipeline will extend along Elliott Road from Signal Butte to the east for approximately three miles. The second project is the Elliott Road Waterline Project from Sossaman to Signal Butte. Kincaid Construction will be installing a 42” waterline along Elliot Road from Signal Butte to Hawes Road. From Hawes Road to Sossaman the contractor will be installing a 30” waterline.
You are invited to attend a public meeting where City of Mesa staff and both of the contractors will be available to answer your questions. No Formal presentation will be given. Sundt and Black and Veatch, contractors for the Signal Butte Water Treatment Plant will also be present to answer any questions about their project.
